Returns

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  2. Once approved, we will share the return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Ship the product back to us as per the provided instructions.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (plants, flowers, etc.)
  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank/card processing times may vary.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
