- Other locations in India: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: May take up to 12 business days

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/size.
- We may offer free shipping during promotional periods — details will be mentioned on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can track your package in real time.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at keevaindia7@gmail.com with photos of the package and product.
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided was incorrect.
